Offered here is an Original:  The Beatles, Help! (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), Gatefold, Capitol LP SMAS-2386, (Stereo) 1965 Music is sound and clear, First Pressing.  The cover is very nice. The Internal capitol sleeve is a generic white sleeve that is lightly oxidized. This record is wonderful, just the lightest of minor scuffing - hardly noticable.  Player with a very llight static in SOME quiet areas of song and in a couple o dead wax areas. I try my best to be accurate in grade. BUT Grading is subjective. You may not agree with me - CAREFULLY look at the photos, zoom in on them. Judge the condition for yourself please.   Stored and Shipped in a protective LP plastic sleeve. 
Original Stereo label variation: Track A6 listed on label as: In The Tyrol. Introducing Wagner's Overture To Act III Of "Lohengrin" Beatles Style., Composer NOT listed on B4 "The Bitter End" or B6 "The Chase", and "You Can't Do That" is NOT listed as part of B4. (corrected on later pressings)
Black rainbow label without "subsidiary" rim text.
Pressed at Capitol's Scranton factory, as identified in the matrix run-out with a IAM triangle stamp.
