RELEASED 6th AUGUST 1965 ( One week after the UKs Premiere of the Film )UK 1st PRESSING MONO ISSUE OF THIS 5th ALBUM RELEASE , HOUSED IN THE CORRECT GARROD & LOFTHOUSE COVER with MID-SIZE OUTLINED MONO LOGO AND COMPLETE WITH CORRECT EMITEX INNER SLEEVE , ALL IN NICE CONDITION.

COVER

This is an original tri-flapped GARROD & LOFTHOUSE coverwith the mid-sized outlined mono logo , which is in very clean condition. The front panel still retains a bright white colour with clean , glossy laminate ! no lifting, bubbles and only a couple of tiny thumb-push creases towards the opening edge and a couple of tiny sress creases from the the spine edge . The spine is square and strong with correct pinched ends and fully readable text, all corners are in nice condition, the rear flaps are intact and clean.The rear panel is also in very clean and bright shape with no nasty stains, writing, etc. Overall a very respectable example of this easily tarnished variant , which is becoming harder to find with out any writing present or some yellow toning ! ( see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION !

VINYL

Both sides still retain a rich glossy shine with clean deep grooves , upon closer inspection there are a couple of faint fingernail rubs lines and small wispy lines here and there but these are harmless and difficult to see and don't affect the audio quality. There are no scratches or nasty marks and both sides play through very clear and bright with no pops,skips or repeats and only a hint of background noise very briefly between tracks .A very nice example of this classic album in true Mono format.Visualy EXCELLENT MINUS and Audibly in EXCELLENT CONDITION

LABELS

Both labels are in clean condition with no writing, stains or stickers but there are many spindle traces present ,KT tax code on side 1. VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION !

INNER This is complete with the original Emitex inner which is also in very clean condition with nothing more to fault than some light creasing and some very light toning , very nice !
