Description
This is an original 1st UK mono pressing of The Beatles - Help. My father-in-law is downsizing his extensive record collection, this is an original release and has been very well taken care of over the years - grab yourself a gem!
This is on yellow Parlophone labels, PMC1255. The matrices are: Side 1 - XEX 549 - 2 Side 2 - XEX 550 - 2
The labels are clean and there are some spindle marks when turned to the light. There is some (small) writing on side 1 (see photo). No visible surface marks, and the inner sleeve is tracing-paper-lined "Use Emitex" die-cut.
The sleeve is front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse, triple flipback. Spine is uncreased and easily readable. The front has one small crease (a small part of the outline of record itself) and slight discolouring on left hand side. The back has slight age discolouring and again a tiny bit of writing (see photos). Excellent for its age as you can see by the photos.
