This incredible sounding UK 1st MONO pressing dates from initial August 1968 release on the Apple label: R 5722

Due to high demand, this pressing was contract-pressed by Philips Records and has their distinctive centre piece.

Matrices: 7XCE 21185-1 & 7XCE 21186-1

Housed in its original black glossy Apple Records sleeve.

 

CONDITION

Labels: EXCELLENT +

A clean & bright pair with just a touch of wear to each centre hole but no spindle marks.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight, revealing only a small number of harmless light hairline marks beneath halogen light.

Audio: MINT -

This little played copy sound clean & clear throughout with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion or distractions. The power and presence of the mono 'Revolution' is worth the price of entry alone.

Cover: VERY GOOD +
