THE BEATLES - 'THE BEATLES' HITS'
This superb 4-track EP is a UK 1st pressing dating from September 1963 release on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8880

Both labels have the 'Recording First Published..' text & 'The Parlophone Co...' rim texts.

An 'MKT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.

The run-outs carry the 'KT' code on side 1 run out & 'KMT' on side 2.

Matrix numbers: 7TCE 760-2N & 7TCE 761-1N

Stamper codes: 1,6/GMH & 1,6/GMA

The disc is housed within its original front laminated, rounded flipback 'Buckland Press' ('BuPr') picture cover.

A clean & unworn set with just a handful of light spindle trails around each centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Pristine, deep-gloss & unworn playing surfaces which bear only a small handful of harmless wispy hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp, but no scuffs, marks or any other visual defects.

Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +

This well looked after disc has been carefully & sparingly played and is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

Carefully stored within a clean, non-smoking environment, this cover looks like it left the shops yesterday - let alone 49 years ago.

The high-gloss front panel is totally free from any storage rubbing or wear & apart from a single tiny 'thumbnail' wrinkle, is flawless.

All corners are sharp and unworn, as are both opening edges. The exposed rear panel is, apart from the original owners name discreetly written in the upper left corner, is in immaculate, unblemished condition.
