Most listeners first heard the Beatles in mono in the early 1960s. Until 1968, mono was the dominant format, and every Beatles album was released in both mono and stereo.
Here are the identical reissues of the 9 original albums, Magical Mystery Tour and Mono Masters (compilation which brings together the singles released in mono which do not appear on the albums).
The albums are reissued on 180-gram vinyl. The 11-LP set comes with a 108-page hardcover book.
These reissues were made from the original master tapes, using period recording equipment, following the notes of contemporary sound engineers and in the same room used by George Martin at Abbey Road Studios.
