Description
The Beatles "Introducing The Beatles"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Vee Jay 1062 from 1964. This is the first Mono pressing with the Ad Back cover.
It's 100 % original. The front cover has "Printed in U.S.A." at lower left near spine. You can see George's shadow on the right side. The spine has the title and record number. The back cover has 25 other LP covers in full color. The labels lists and plays the Version one songs ( Love Me Do and P. S. I Love You). The label has Introducing the Beatles and The Beatles above the center hole. The color band around the labels has all the colors of the rainbow. The run out area is 7/8 inch wide. It has Audio Matrix and MR in a circle stamped in the vinyl in the run out area.
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG- / Record is VG-
The cover is Very Good MINUS. It has light ring wear on the front and back. There top seam is completely worn and the top 2 inches of the left seam are completely worn. All corners have wear. There is a tiny scratch on the front cover between the "A" and the "T" in Beatles. There are three tiny scuffs on John's neck. There is a name written in ink on the back cover at top left. There is a 1 by 1/2 inch cover tear on the back cover at bottom left.
The vinyl looks VG- and it plays VG. It plays better than it looks. There are lots of light scuffs on the vinyl, but no bad scratches. There are 10 pops between "Chains" and "Boys" on side one. There are no skips at all. The labels are clean with light spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.
Martix Numbers are : Side One : triangle 5702-X 63-3402 6-29-63. Side Two : triangle 5702 63-3403 6-29-63.
The songs are : I Saw Here Standing There, Misery, Anna, Chains, Boys, Love Me Do, P. S. I Love You, Baby It's You, Do You Want To Know A Secret, A Taste Of Honey, There's A Place, and Twist And Shout.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) It will weigh 19 ounces ( 1 pound, 3 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. There are no handling charges. This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
