The Beatles   "Introducing The Beatles"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Vee Jay  LP 1062  from 1964.    This is the Mono pressing with the version two songs.     The labels have the bracket logo.   On the back cover the song title 'Please, Please Me' has a comma in it.   

This is an original record in an original cover.    The record labels have all the correct colors in the colorband.  The inner groove is 7/8 inch wide.   The title and artist name are above the spindle hole.   The matrix numbers are : side one : "MR" stamped in a circle, 63-3402  and a triangle 6307 and side two : "MR" stamped in a circle,  63-3403, and a triangle 6307 X.       The cover shows George's shadow on the right.  It has title and record number printed on the left spine.  The back cover lists the correct songs in two columns.

In the Perry Cox & Frank Daniels price guide, the cover is VJ 1062 (2).MR1B.    The record is VJ 1062 (2).MR2B.     It is a Monarch pressing.

The songs are : I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, Anna, Chains, Boys, Ask Me Why, Please Please Me, Baby It's You, Do You Want to Know A Secret, A Taste Of Honey, There's A Place, and Twist And Shout.   

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ /  Record is VG+

The cover is VG+.  There is a hint of ring on the front at bottom center and light ring wear on the back cover, mostly in the middle.   There are no seam splits, but there is two inches of seam wear on the top left seam.    The vinyl looks VG+ and it plays VG+.      There are light handling and playing marks, but no problems.       The labels are clean with some spindle marks.  The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.  

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas winners will get shipping by First Class Mail International.    You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.     I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      If you do win more than one record, please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
