Description

I am continuing to downsize my vinyl collection and have listed more Beatles and Beatles-related LPs. So, please check out my other auctions for something that may interest you.

 

In this auction:

 

·       “INTRODUCING THE BEATLES” by The Beatles

·       This is Vee Jay Records VJLP 1062.

·       It was released in 1964.

·       This is a MONO (Monaural) Pressing.

·       This is Version 2 of this LP with column back cover and includes the cuts “Ask Me Why” and “Please Please Me” which replaced “Love Me Do” and “P.S. I Love You” that are on Version 1 of this LP.

·       The LABELS have a BLACK BACKGROUND & SILVER PRINTING.

·       The labels have “VJ” in silver print at the top with silver text “VEE JAY RECORDS” underneath.

·       BOTH COVER and VINYL ABSOLUTELY AUTHENTIC!

1)    The cover has George’s shadow and spine printing.

2)   The labels have “THE BEATLES” above the spindle hole.

3)   The vinyl disc has the Monarch Records logo (M & R in a circle) scratched out in the trail-off on both sides.

So you can bid with confidence that you are receiving the real deal and not a counterfeit.  

·       The COVER is in VERY STRONG VG+ to NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION. There is very slight wear which is: on the bottom right corner and at the bottom center of the front cover. There are 3 tiny corner pushes. The rear cover is NICE! It’s CLEAN and WHITE! (You know how hard it is to find this cover in this nice condition.) 

·       The VINYL is in VERY STRONG VG+ (not far from Near Mint Minus). There are just a few very slight surface hairlines/scuffs and LOTS OF GLOSS! There are some light spindle trails on the labels.

·       This black label with silver print is NOT a common version 2 label for this LP. The version 2 brackets-logo with color band label is much more common.  

·       A REALLY NICE COPY of this Vee Jay “Introducing… THE BEATLES” LP for your vinyl collection!
