JOHN LENNON PLASTIC ONO BAND – AN ORIGINAL 1970 UK FIRST ISSUE STEREO VINYL LP + INNER BAG – PCS 7124
John Lennon Plastic Ono Band was released by Apple/EMI on 11th December 1970. Interestingly the track “Look At Me" was left over from the "White Album" sessions", and the track "My Mummy's Dead" was recorded by John alone with a cassette recorder. Initial demo's of the other songs for this album were created during John and Yoko's "Primal Therapy" course with Dr. Arthur Janov, firstly in London in April 1970, and then in California in June-August. Demos for the song God were first performed on 26th July 1970. Studio recordings of the tracks for this album commenced on 26th September 1970 at Abbey Road Studios, at which several other tracks were jammed including, "When A Boy Meets A Girl", "Don't Be Cruel", "Glad All Over", "Honey Don't", "Hound Dog", "Matchbox", and "That's Alright (Mama)". Sessions were completed on 23rd October 1970, with the final mixes ready by the 27th October.
Both record labels, both sides of the LP are in Excellent condition and play with great sound quality, the sleeve and inner bag are also in Excellent condition, the inner bag has a 2” seam split on one edge.

Stampers Side 1, 2 P. Side 2 stampers, 1 GD.
