Description
This is the U.S. picture sleeve for John Lennon's fourth American single "Mother" backed with Yoko's "Why". It was the only single taken from John's groundbreaking LP, "John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band". Note there is no single/45 included, you're bidding on the picture sleeve alone. The sleeve is a straight cut top with some light wrinkling to the top. All sides of the sleeve are in tact with little to no corner wear. The only flaw in the sleeve is on the "Mother" side where there is a small area in the lower left corner where a portion of the sleeve has apparently been torn away. Please look at the attached photos for yourself to understand exactly what the flaw looks like. This has always been one of the harder Lennon sleeves to find and any Beatles or John Lennon collector would be proud to add this copy to their collection. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information or additional photography. Happy Bidding!
