In the United States in 1965, Capitol records released six Beatles 45 RPM 7" singles on their Capitol Star Line reissue series. The last of those singles was Kansas City B/W Boys. This pressing was released as a reissue series, but is in fact a first pressing and not a reissue. This was the only way a Beatles' fan could get a 45 RPM copy of Kansas City B/W Boys in 1965, which may account for the fact that this was the only Beatles Star Line single to actually make it onto Billboards Top Singles charts.
