ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF AN ORIGINAL 1970 UK FIRST ISSUE LET IT BE BOX SET WITH RARE APPLE POSTER AND **NEMS RECORD SHOP CARRIER BAG**

In Summary:

‘Let It Be’ was the The Beatles final UK Album, this box set was released on the 8th May 1970, followed by the LP a little later on the 6th November 1970.

The Box set contains the following components:

• ‘Let It Be’ First Issue stereo LP in its First Issue Red Apple Logo Sleeve
• An original Get Back Book.
• Original perforated black card Inner tray, plus Original black card outer tray.
• An original fully Laminated outer slip case.
• An original Apple Records Promotional Poster.
• And an original NEMS Record Shop Polythene Carrier Bag .

The original 1970 first issue UK Applel LP is on the Dark Green Apple Records Label, with ‘Apple Records’ label rim, and with ‘An EMI Recording’ and ‘Mfd in the UK’ printed to both record labels. Both record labels and both sides of the LP are in immaculate Near Mint condition. The record labels show just a few light signs of play to each centre, and just a couple of surface hairlines to each side of the LP, ther are absolutely no deep scratches or scuffs.

Side 1 matrix: YEX 773-2U and Side 2 YEX 774-2U.
Side 1 stampers: 1 TD and Side 2: 5 LD.

The LP comes in its original White inner bag, printed ‘Made in England’ and the ‘Patent No: 1,125,555’.

The LP is housed in its original First Issue Fully Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Sleeve displaying the Red Apple Logo to the Reverse of the Sleeve, and printed ‘An EMI Recording’ beneath the Red Apple. The sleeve is in beautiful Excellent Plus condition. The sleeve shows mild LP storage and a couple of laminate pinches, all edges and corners are undamaged.

The original Get Back Book is Laminated to the Front and Reverse. This substantial book is packed with previously unpublished photographs of The Beatles taken by Ethan A Russell from the Get Back Recording Sessions. The book is in absolutely pristine and immaculate Mint condition. The Get Back Book is simply perfect with no loose pages, no creases and no wear signs, in fact the book looks as new.

The book is stored in its Black Card perforated Inner Tray and is further protected by an Outer Black Tray with rounded corner flaps. Both parts are in Excellent Plus condition. The tray that holds the book has remained in undamaged condition with none of the usual corner damaged and splits caused by the heavy weight of the book.

All the contents of the box set slide into it’s original First Issue Garrod & Lofthouse ‘Patents Pending’ Fully laminated Let It Be outer slip case. The slip case is in beautiful Near Mint condition, there are no tears or creases, no corner damage, no splits, all that is visible are a few light laminate pinches.

The original Apple Records Promotional Poster is in Excellent Plus condition, the poster is free from tears and handwriting and shows just a little light creasing. I have covered over John & Yoko's Two Virgins image.

The original NEMS Record Shop Polythene Carrier Bag is in Excellent condition, ther are no tears or any splits.
