    In Summary:

  ‘Let It Be’ was the The Beatles final UK Studio Album released on 8th May 1970. First issues were released as a Box Set. This Box Set includes it original inner trays, and Red Apple Logo Sleeve with the PCS 7096 catalogue number and the Get Back Book.

  The Box set contains the following components.

  ‘Let It Be’ stereo Vinyl LP in its original Red Apple Logo, fully laminated Sleeve, the Original Get Back Book, the original Black Card perforated tray that holds the Book, the original Black Card inner tray, and the original fully Laminated outer slip-case.

  Detailed Item Description:

  This 1970 original Beatles Let It Be Box Set was Manufactured in the UK, the Apple LP record labels have the  PCS 7096 catalogue number printed on both record labels. The PXS1 Catalogue number was never printed on the box set, this was just an EMI stock catalogue number.

  The first issue side 1 matrix is: YEX 773-2U and Side 2 YEX 774-2U.
Side 1 stampers: 1 LR and Side 2: 2 P.

  The original 1970 Twelve Track UK Apple ‘Let It Be’ Stereo LP on the Dark Green Apple Label, with ‘Apple Records’ label rim, and with ‘An EMI Recording’ and ‘Mfd in the UK’ printed to both record labels. The record labels, vinyl LP are in beautiful Near Mint condition, the record labels show signs of just  a few play signs.

  The LP comes in it’s original white Made in England inner record bag.

  The original Red Apple Logo sleeve is also a superb example Excellent condition, a very glossy sleeve with only the mildest signs of record storage and rub marks to the bottom right corner and bottom edge.

  The Original Get Back Book is laminated to the Front and Reverse and is in beautiful as new Mint condition. Glossy front and back covers, with **No Loose Pages** This great book is packed with previously unpublished photographs of The Beatles taken by Ethan A Russell, direct from the Get Back Recording Sessions.

  The book is stored in its original perforated black Card Inner Tray which is remarkably in undamaged condition, the book tray is 100% original .

  The original outer black card tray with curved flaps is also in undamaged condition, there are no tears or splits and hardly any of the usual wear marks on the edges.

  All the contents of the Box Set slide very neatly and freely into its First Issue Garrod & Lofthouse ‘Patents Pending’ Fully laminated Let it Be outer slip case, which is in beautiful Near Mint condition, the slip case is very glossy and has no damage whatsoever, it is by far the best example that I have seen for a long time, all that is visible are a couple of small manufacturers laminate pinches to the front, there are no splits, tears or any other damage, this is a beautiful Let It Be outer slip case.

  Audio Quality:

  The album plays well through all 12 tracks, without any skips, clicks or distortion.

  This UK Issue of The Beatles Let It Be Box Set is in beautiful condition. Most examples suffer from damage or have replacement inner trays. This box set is becoming increasingly difficult to find in such complete and superb condition highly recommended.
