‘LET IT BE’ was the The Beatles FINAL UK Studio Album released on 8th May1970. First issues were released as a VINYL & BOOK BOX Set. The inner book tray was badly damaged, so it has been replaced with a modern re- production.

Detailed Item Description:
An ORIGINAL 1970 Twelve Track FIRST ISSUE UK Apple ‘LET IT BE’ 12” STEREO Vinyl LP on the Dark Green Apple Label, with ‘Apple Records’ label rim, and with ‘An EMI Recording’ and ‘Mfd in the UK’ printed to both record labels.
The record labels, vinyl disc, and the red Apple sleeve are all in Excellent Plus condition, the record labels show a few light centre spindle lines. The vinyl disc is very glossy and shows only very light surface hairlines, but no deep scratches or scuffs, the original Red Apple Logo sleeve is very glossy and shows only mild record indentation, and a couple of laminate pinches.
Side 1 matrix: YEX 773-2U and Side 2 YEX 774-2U.
Side 1 stampers: 17 MM and Side 2: 12 GL.
The album comes in a white Made in England inner record bag, which is undamaged with just light creases.
The ORIGINAL Large Format GET BACK book, Laminated to the Front and Reverse is in Near Mint condition. Glossy front and back covers, with **No Loose Pages**. This great book is packed with previously unpublished photographs of The Beatles taken by Ethan A Russell from the Get Back Recording Sessions.
The book is stored in a new Re-Production black Card Inner Tray which is in New condition, the Outer Black Tray is in undamaged Excellent condition, showing some light rub marks to the edges, but no tearing or any other damage.
All the contents of the Box Set slide into an ORIGINAL First Issue Garrod & Lofthouse ‘Patents Pending’ Fully laminated Let it Be Outer slip case, which is in superb Excellent Plus condition, the slip case is very glossy and has no damage, showing laminate pinches visible.
Audio Quality:
The album plays well through all 12 tracks, without any skips, clicks or distortion, just some light background crackle.
This Beatles Let It Be Box Set is in overall superb condition. Most are very damaged or incomplete. This box set is becoming INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT to find in complete condition.
