Description
The Beatles - "Let It Be" LP on Apple Records AR 34001. Originally issued in May 1970. Mastered at Bell Sound in New York by Sam Feldman. The matrix number JS 17,500-14 is hand etched into side one and the number JS 17,5001-14 is hand etched into side two. Both sides of the record have a script 'Phil + Ronnie' hand etched in the trail off area. This record is a first pressing based on the following details:
* 'Maggie May' is credited to P.D. for public domain. Later pressings credit the band. * The songwriter's credit for 'Dig It' lists Ringo's last name as Starr. Later pressings use Starkey. The condition of the album is excellent! The cardboard cover does not have the original shrink wrap and looks excellent, but there is some minor creasing on the back upper right corner where the original price tag was stapled on. The vinyl is M- and looks perfect! The original plain inner paper sleeve is in VG+ condition. A beautiful package for any Beatles' fan and collector. Please refer to all photos and ask any questions.
Note: This album is from my personal vinyl Beatles' collection that I've owned for over 50 years. The album has not been played in over 40 years. It's been carefully stored away in a record box in a controlled area. I always took great care in the handling and playing of my vinyl records.
