This as the red apple on the back of the sleeve
The record itself seems to be an EX. I think I'd be doing it a disservcie to grade it at VG+. I have examinded it under a strong lamp and cant see any blemishes on either side.
The inserts are all original.
The outer cover is in VG+ condition. No tears or blemishes.
The book is very good. No loose pages,
the inner card bord that holds the book is vg+
