Description
An original later 2nd press of the album "Let It Be" with the 1st press of the single. Matrix 3U/3U. The Lp comes housed in an original cover with pinched spine [per the early copies]. Also included is an original generic white 'made in england' inner sleeve. We're also throwing in a genuine 1st press of the 'Let It Be' single with it's original cover.
Album Vinyl [Ex/Ex-] In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. A couple of tiny marks per side - nothing nasty or ominous looking. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. And this is REALLY important on LIB...much of the audio is pretty low-key. By and large a very nice clean player with very little background at all. The only deviations are a couple of pops in "Get Back" and a couple of ticks in "Two Of Us". In fact, the start of "Two of Us" seems to start on a brief stumbled note [a sort of skip/stumble]. Overall a very decent standard of playback leading to a very enjoyable rendition.
Album Cover [Vg+] Very nice and shiny and hasn't been abused. A couple of light creases back and front. Just a bit of left-over sticker residue on the front top right corner. Touch of edge wear and the spine is pretty much all intact with all text legible. Overall the cover still retains very good rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) light ageing. No splits or marking.
Vinyl Single [Vg+/Vg+] No complaints a solid original 1st press copy. See pics. Plays sweet.
