Description
The Beatles were an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960. They became regarded as the greatest and most influential act of the rock era. Their enormous popularity emerged as "Beatlemania", and in 1964 they had become international stars leading the "British Invasion" into the US market. "Let It Be" is their twelfth and final studio album released in 1970. The rehearsals and recording sessions for this album did not run smoothly. The Beatles were not getting along, and Lennon and McCartney weren't working together as before. The film of the same name is famous for showcasing conflicts between the band members and has been frequently referred to as a documentary showing 'the break-up of a band' instead of the making an album. The cover is in very good+ condition and comes with the bonus Poster. Includes the original picture inner sleeve with taped edges. The vinyl is in very good+ condition with a surface scratch on side one, track 7, that does not skip. Capitol Records, #SW-11922, Purple Label. Thank you for looking. (Grading Order: Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good+, Very Good, Good, etc.)
