The Beatles Let it Be box set from 1970.  Red Apple logo on rear of LP sleeve.  I'm only selling because I am very desperate for money and am very sad to see parts of my record collection having to go to pay the bills.

The condition of this box set is quite something to behold.  The outer casing is excellent, the book is excellent and the original poster is included and is in beautiful condition.  The vinyl record is virtually as new, but the one thing that I know you as a Beatles collector will want to know about is the card inners, which are both original.

And as you will know, the known and notorious pressure points are at the four internal corners of the inner book holder, which usually crack and break eventually unless extremely well looked after.  You will see from the photos that the four corners are in virtually undamaged  condition, which is very rare for this box set.

The book holder card has also benefitted from the protection of a home-made 3-layer thick stiffener made of card (not by me but a much earlier owner) that fits underneath it and is shown on the photographs both in and out, and this clearly is why and how the inner card book holder has managed to remain uncreased and undented to a degree of about 99%.  For a 53 year old special edition this box set is in quite remarkable condition.

If you're close enough I will deliver by hand or you can collect it yourself, but otherwise it's Royal Mail Special Delivery, for which I will charge you flat £9.50 (it won't allow me to put £10 for some reason!) but I understand it's going to be actually about £11.65.
