Description
The Beatles Let It Be box set - includes outer box, inner tray, book, 1st press 2U/2U vinyl LP with red apple on rear of sleeve. Missing is the inner book tray (though these regularly appear on eBay for sale) and the poster (though I don't think this was actually part of the box set, I've read that it was just retailers giving them away with it).
The outer box is fully intact with only a little creasing and light wear around the openings.
The inner tray is fully intact and again there is some creasing, mainly on the flaps, plus some shelfwear around the edges/corners.
The book has a little creasing front and back but is nice and clean and fully intact.
The album cover, with the red apple on the rear, has some minor creasing, ringwear and some shelfwear around the edges and corners.
The LP itself, which has the matrix numbers YEX 773-2U and YEX 774-2U, has the expected sleeve removal and finger marks but nothing that looks troublesome. You'll see that there's little wear around the spindle holes though there are some very small initials on the side 1 label.
The last time I played it, which was some time ago, I noted that it played all the way through with no skips, sticks or jumps though it does have some background crackle and the odd pop/tick here and there. I'd imagine a good clean would improve it no end.

All in all a decent example of this very rare Beatles release with the missing book tray and poster easily available elsewhere on eBay.
