The Beatles  "Long Tall Sally"

This is an original Canadian vinyl pressing on Capitol T-6063  from 1964.   This was only released in Mono in 1964.      It has 12 songs, with four songs that had already been released on 'Beatlemania ! With The Beatles', in Canada.       The front and back cover photos are the same as on 'The Beates Second Album' as released in the USA.    The title was changed to 'Long Tall Sally', because this was the third Bealtes album released in Canada.    On the label and cover the song 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' was changed to 'You Really Got A Hold On Me'. 

The matrix numbers are : side one :XEX- (scratched out 455 ) 471  and side two : XEX- (scratched out 456 ) 472.

The songs are :  I Want To Hold Your Hand, I Saw Her Standing There, You Really Got A Hold On Me, Devil In Her Heart, Roll Over Beethoven, Misery, Long Tall Sally, I Call Your Name, Please Mister Postman, This Boy, I'll Get You, and You Can't Do That.   

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ /  Record is VG+

The cover is VG+ with no ring and no seam splits.     There is a tiny name on the front cover at top center with a little yellow tape residue.      The vinyl looks VG++ and it plays VG+.      There is light static between the songs, but the music plays great with no pops or skips.      The labels are clean with no spindle marks.  The record comes in a Capitol Records Of Canada inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.  

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pounds 5 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International.    You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.      ( Buyers from Brazil must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
