THE BEATLES LOVE ME DO/PS I LOVE YOU, A STUNNING 1962 ORIGINAL DEBUT 45 SINGLE.
Catalogue No. 45-R 4949.
This is a very good example of The Beatles first 1962 UK single release, first released on the 5th October 1962 on the Red with Silver Text and with Made In Great Britain on both sides.
The matrix's and stampers Side 1. 7XCE 17144-1 N & MPZT1 G H Side 2, 7XCE 17145-1 N & MPZT1 G T.
There is an embossed Z M Tax Code clearly visible on the centre of the side 1 record label.
Note. The composer credits are out of line with Love Me Do song title on the side 1 label.
The single plays with a clear and powerful sound quality on both tracks, on playback there were no clicks, no pops, no distortion and no background crackle, a perfect sound quality from this 45 single.
There are some play marks to the playing surface but nothing that affects play.
The single comes in a Parlophone Company Bag.
