****Please not that delivery times are taking longer than normal and the delivery time is just and estimate! If you shipped anything over the holidays in the past, you know that even Priority Shipping is taking sometimes up to two weeks to arrive. I try to ship within a couple business days, the rest is out of our control. If orders take longer than expected, then contact your local post office and open a missing item case if needed.
Returns - We accept all returns, for items over $9.99 we reserve the right to withhold up to 20% Restocking fee. We will refund your Item once we receive the returned item in the condition that it was sent to you. If an item is tampered with I.e., opened or taken apart or damaged, we will deduct up to 50% of your refund as this prevents us from reposting the item in the condition it was originally posted.
To return an item please open a claim with the appropriate reason, then once the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN LABEL. We will pay for the return shipping, if you use your own label, we are not going to reimburse you the cost to return the item, nor are we responsible for any loss in the mail.
As you can see, we offer FREE RETURNS, with this being the case we DO NOT do any partial refunds! Don?t ask, as our stance is, if you don?t like your item FOR ANY RESON, just return it within 30 days of purchase.
