In this auction: 

·       “LOVE SONGS” by the Beatles

·       This is Capitol Records SKBL – 11711.

·       This is a double-vinyl LP that contains 2 STEREO RECORDS.

·       This LP was released October 21, 1977.

·       The LP came with custom gold and brown labels and was released with a 28-page lyric booklet as well as custom paper inner sleeves.

·       This LP Cover, Inner Sleeves, Lyric Booklet, and Labels on the Vinyl utilized the Beatles Banner Poster that was part of the colorful psychedelic poster set photographed by Richard Avedon and offered by mail order in LOOK magazine and certain retail outlets.

·       FIRST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP (such as the one in this auction) HAVE A TEXTURED COVER with GOLD FOIL PRINT and EMBOSSED COVER TITLE and IMAGE.

·       This LP contains 25 cuts from previous LPs consolidated in this LP as “love-themed” songs. 

·       The Gold-Foil Sticker on the shrink wrap reads “A CLASSIC COLLECTION OF PREVIOUSLY RELEASED BEATLES LOVE SONGS”.

·       The COVER is in NEAR MINT CONDITION and in its ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. It is a “DESIGNATED PROMO” LP with the PUNCH HOLE near the top right corner of the cover. The shrink wrap has “Breathe Holes”.

·       The VINYL is also in NEAR MINT CONDITION.

·       This LP comes with its ORIGINAL CUSTOM INNER SLEEVES (with the punch holes) and the 28-PAGE LYRIC BOOKLET (that does NOT have punch holes, because it is smaller than the LP cover so the punch missed it.) These are also NEAR MINT.

·       ONLY a STILL SEALED COPY of this LP without the designated promo punch hole would be in better condition than the LP in this auction!

A VERY NICE BEATLES LP IN GREAT CONDITION AFTER MORE THAN 40 YEARS!!!
