The Beatles Love me Do Red Parlophone 1st Pressing G1/JR Stampers
45-R 4949
Original first pressing with very early stamper codes.
As I understood it before the vast majority of Parlophone Demos and first pressings had G1/G1 stampers but apparently the JR stampers were also used on the first pressing Demos.
The single comes with the original striped sleeve.
A Side Run Off. - 7XCE 17144-1N G1 with ZT stamped on the run off. B Side Run Off. - 7XCE 17145-1N JR with ZT stamped on the run off.
Both sides of the label are blemish free with no writing. The sleeve is in very good condition with no seam splits or writing. (easily replaced if you want a mint one on ebay) The vinyl visually graded shows its lustre and sheen but there are some handling and playing signs and would grade this visually as Good. The vinyl plays through well both sides, some background his as the record starts and ends but that soon disapears but the sound is still enjoyable in my opinion.
