The Beatles , Love me do / P.S i love you. Vinyl record 45 . Parlophone 45 - R 4949 . This is the very first UK pressing of The Beatles groundbreaking first hit single Love me do. This is the " non tambourine " version unlike the Please , Please me album cut. The original red label is complete with its push out centre. To confirm that this really is a true first pressing ; Side a matrix ; 7 XCE 17144 -1N Side b matrix ;7 XCE 17145 -1N Both sides also have the mother stampers ; Z T P The labels have " The Parlophone Co. Ltd." and " RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1962 " No " Sold in UK .... " Although this is by no means a perfect copy it still plays well and sounds great. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A ORIGINAL PARLOPHONE SLEEVE !!
