Description
This is a gatefold stereo copy of The Beatles “Magical Mystery Tour” as issued by Mobile Fidelity. The record is in excellent condition with no scratches or scuffs. When I first bought it new, I cleaned it with a VPI record cleaner, and treated it with LAST record preservative. The record has been properly stored in a smoke free environment since I originally purchased it. Recently I recleaned the record with Audio Intelligent fluids on my VPI record cleaner and ran it through my Audio Desk Ultrasonic record cleaner. It has also been demagnetized it with a Furutech DeMag. Playing it recently with a VPI turntable, 3D arm, and Lyra Parnassus cartridge, the record plays very quietly although there are three light ticks in the “The Fool on the Hill”, one light tick on “Blue Jay Way”, one light tick on “Your Mother Should Know”, one light tick on “Strawberry Fields”, and one light tick on “Penny Lane”. I bought the record new and it has only been played 3-4 times. The songs include: Magical Mystery Tour; The Fool on the Hill; Flying; Blue Jay Way; Your Mother Should Know; I am the Walrus; Hello Goodbye; Strawberry Fields Forever; Penny Lane; Baby You’re a Rich Man, and All You Need is Love. Mobile Fidelity did not include the booklet when it reissued this record. Multiple LPs can be combined in a shipment to save shipping costs.
