Black rainbow label without "subsidiary" rim text. This label variation credits BMI for the first two songs on A side and the fifth song on the B side, all other songs are credited to ASCAP. Los Angeles pressing plant mono release. The Beatles picture on the slick tinted blue. The Beatles in dark olive/green. No producer credits on the sleeve. RIAA seal with '6' (Imperial Packing Co., Inc. Indianapolis, Indiana) for most Los Angeles releases. Blue Capitol inner sleeve. "Star" machine stamped on the run-out of Side 1.
