Very early pressing of the Meet The Beatles! album circa early-1964 - mid-1964 in a factory sealed condition. In order to foresee the questions like "How do you know that it's a 1964 copy?" I offer to go over some of the cover details together. First of all, the cover has a dark brown "BEATLES!" banner at the top on the front. The second thing worth paying attention to is the absence of "Produced by George Martin" credit in the lower left-hand corner on the back cover. These characteristics of the 1st pressing can be considered secondary compared to the third circumstance. I'm able to see and with a 95% confidence can state that inside there is a royal blue inner sleeve and this is already an undeniable fact that this copy is a very early 1964 pressing. The copies of Meet the Beatles! were equipped with the royal blue inner sleeve from the early 1964 to mid-1964. The inner sleeve was then replaced by another blue inner sleeve of a brighter shade. Finally, the bottom right-hand corner shows the RIAA 3 number which was used by the Scranton pressing plant in Pennsylvania when pressing The Beatles records for Capitol Records. The condition of the copy is Mint and could be called brilliant if it wasn't due to a record store price tag in the upper left-hand corner attached to the cover with a staple. All of the cover's corners are in great condition with only some super light barely noticeable bumping. The cellophane wrap doesn't have any seam splits or damage, just some very light age shelf wear, and contains the original breathe holes on the front and back cover.
