I am selling many BEATLES LPs (duplicates) from my collection. So, please check my other auctions.

IN THIS AUCTION: 

·       “MEET THE BEATLES” by the Beatles  

·       This LP is Capitol Records T 2047.

·       This is a MONO (Monaural) LP.

·       The Cover is a Capitol-marked cover with “Capitol” on the front cover, rear cover and spine.

·       The LP in this auction came from Capitol Records’ Los Angeles pressing plant. This is based on the number “6” printed on the rear cover at lower right.

·       The VINYL has an asterisk (*) in the trail-off.  This was Capitol Record’s symbol for a Los Angeles-Pressed record. So, this is the correct vinyl for this cover with the #6 on the cover and the * in the dead wax. 

·       This LP has black Capitol labels with color bands. This Mono variation has the publishing credits for all songs credited to ASCAP except for “I Want to Hold Your Hand” on Side 1 which is credited to BMI.  

·       The COVER is graded NICE NEAR MINT. It is nice, clean and glossy and still in its plastic bag which is open (split) on the bottom. (Check images). Borders are CLEAN and WHITE! There is a small corner push on the bottom right corner more evident on the reverse than on the front. (check images)

·       The VINYL is graded NICE VG+.  There are a few very light surface hairlines/scuffs and there is a vinyl fault (depression and rise) on the first track on both sides which does not have any distortion and does not affect play. I tracked it to see for myself at ½ gram.

·       This record comes with its original and correct Capitol Records inner paper sleeve.

·       It’s a GREAT Beatles LP, Capitol Records’ 1st Beatles LP title released in the U.S…. about 50 years ago today.
