THE BEATLES - 'MILLION SELLERS'
This superb UK 1st press 4-track EP dates from initial December 1965 release on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8946
Both labels carry the aborted original title of this EP; 'Beatles Golden Discs'
They also labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text & have 'The Gramophone Co...' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the side 1 label & in both run-outs.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 888-1 & 7TCE 889-1
Stamper codes: 2/L & 1/H
Housed within its original front laminated, bi-flipback, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' picture cover.

A perfect pair with no spindle marks or wear to or around either centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine, deep-gloss & unworn playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with just a few harmless wispy hairlines visible directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
This copy has clearly been hardly if ever played and there is no trace of any groove/playwear on any track. In fact apart from some low-level vinyl background between tracks, there is little to fault on this keeper copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A strong, clean & unworn example which retains a clean, unscratched front panel where the only trace of wear is a small area of laminate lift towards the lower left corner. All corners and both opening edges are unworn and the exposed real panel is free from any significant blemishes or wear.
