7" 1963/64 Mono vinyl EP of The Beatles - Million Sellers 'Golden Discs' (very rare) VGC Side 1 - She Loves You/I Want To Hold Your Hand Side 2 - Can't Buy Me Love/I Feel Fine Label details - Parlophone label GEP 8946 Sleeve - very good condition for the age - small ink cross on the back top right hand corner Vinyl - excellent condition (n.b. the flash photos make the vinyl look worse than it really is - it exaggerates all sorts of minor blemishes) LABEL: Parlophone CATALOGUE NUMBER: GEP 8946 MATRIX NUMBER/S: 7 TCE 888-1 and 7 TCE 889-1 SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS: Very early and rare first pressing, second variation label that was a PYE contract pressing made in very few numbers. The Sleeve is fully laminated and contains the 'The Beatles' Million Sellers' title, but this was not reproduced on the label itself which continued to be titled 'Beatles' Golden Discs' from the aborted original but unreleased pressing. The record is Mono. 'The Gramophone Co Ltd...' Is written around the perimeter of the label and 'Sold in UK subject to...' Printed under the centre hole. The centre is solid, not a push out. The label is black and yellow with silver writing. DISC CONDITION: Very Good, with light hairlines that you cannot feel. SLEEVE CONDITION: Very Good/Excellent with very little shelf wear just faint creases under the surface shiny laminate.mall ink cross on the back top right hand corner (see photo) LABEL CONDITION: Very Good (see photos).
