Description
Lovely copy of this 1964 Mono Beatles hits compilation EP on Parlophone GEP 8946. This is a first pressing copy with 888-1/889-1 matrices. The labels incorrectly show ‘Beatles’ Golden Discs’ as the title of the EP – this was corrected for later pressings. I doubt whether this copy has been played more than 2 or 3 times and is in great condition throughout.
Sleeve Ex+ Front laminated with flipbacks. Very light signs of use. Small letter ‘T’ written on the reverse.
Labels Ex+ Very clean indeed. Hardly any spindle traces. Faint letter ‘T’ written on each side – this can only be seen clearly in certain lights.
Record Visually Ex+/NM, as-new shine to the vinyl. No marks seen in normal light. Superb audio throughout, with crackle almost absent even between tracks.
