Description
This is the 6th UK Mono pressing of the album "Please Please Me" by The Beatles on the Parlophone label, catalogue number PMC 1202. Matrix numbers, side 1: XEX 421-1N, Side 2: XEX 422-2N. Label on side 2 has the K T tax code embossed on it. Both labels show only a small amount of spindle marks and no damage of any description OUTSTANDING. Vinyl on both sides is in outstanding NEAR MINT condition having only light paper removal lines. Plays with outstanding quality and no clicks or jumps. Record is housed in the EMI advertising sleeve (Black & White). The outer sleeve is in NEAR MINT condition having only 1 thumb crease to the front. It has the small mono in the front right corner. The rear of the sleeve is outstanding white and undamaged. Only detraction if you call it that is a small amount of sticker residue where the original price stcker was next to the catalogue number in the upper right rear. This is an outstanding copy and rarer than the original Black / Yellow issue.
