Description
The Beatles - "No 1" EP. "I Saw Her Standing There" + "Misery" c/w "Anna (Go To Him)" + "Chains" - first pressing 7" single.
Released 1st November 1963 on Parlophone (cat GEP 8883).
This is the first pressing dating from November 1963. Has a black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd…” is printed at the start perimeter print and the publishing year printed as “Recording First Published 1963?. Matrix numbers: Side 1: 7TCE 764-1N, Side 2: 7TCE 765-1N.
Comes in the less common Buckland Printers printed sleeve (flaps with a diagonal-cut on the back side and “BuPr” in the lower right corner).
Both sides of the record have been checked by playing and are graded excellent (ex-/ ex). The sleeve is vg+ some wear and light creasing (see scan images).
