THE BEATLES - 'NOWHERE MAN'
1966 UK *1st PRESSING* EP
The hardest to find of all their original EPs, is a 1st pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8952
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is present in the side 1 label centre & in both run-outs.
Housed in a front laminated, rounded-flipback printed picture cover.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 904-1 & 7TCE 905-1
Stamper codes: 1/L & 1/GG
CONDITION
Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean & vivd set with less than a handful of light spindle trails to each label.
Visual: VERY GOOD
Clean & bright surfaces with some light hairline scratches directly under halogen light consistent with a moderate amonut of play, but no major marks or wear.
Play: VERY GOOD
This copy has recieved some play but all tracks play without any major deterioration to the sound quality. Aside from some the inevitable light background on 'Michelle', there is little else to fault.
Cover
VERY GOOD
A clean & bright front panel with a few small wrinkles to the laminate but no major signs of wear - even to the corners. The rear panel is quite dirty from handling & storage but has no writing or missing paper.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
