The Beatles Original 12” LP Please Please Me Mono VG+.
1963 Parlophone PMC 1202
This is definitely a pressing from the 1960s as it was one of a number of items given to me to sell by an elderly lady who was a fan in the early days. I don’t know which pressing it is but it is Mono and I have included the relevant pictures to enable you to research.
The outro markings are XEX 421-1 N and XEX 422-N
It plays lovely (VG+) but there are surface marks. One in particular that I have photographed - it doesn’t affect playing and there are no jumps or skips. I have listened to the whole record on an Audio Technica turntable.
The cover is a little tired (VG) and has a name in ink on the rear top and sellotape on the bottom join. (See pictures).
