Only ever available as part of the Let It Box Set 
All pages are present with no handwriting or marks, no pages are loose. The book is still bound together very well and still retains its glossy appearance.
In overall Good condition, it has foxing and deep crease wear to the front cover opening sides corners and the subsequent dozen or so leafs have corner foxing. The first several leafs of the book have age related staining near the opening edge.
The spine and the back cover are completely intact with no foxing or wear, just a couple of light marks. The last several pages of the book have some small corner creases.
Overall clean, and completely intact with no dulling to any of the pages, all still very bright and glossy.
A very rare and hard to find book.
