  Here is the album that caused Beatlemania in the UK and the world!! I've read people favor these early UK issues and I believe this is really early.   Check this reference that I found: The typical Parlophone label from the early to mid 1960's has a black label with "Parlophone" in yellow. 

•  In 1964, legalities forced Parlophone to add a "resale statement" to their records.  All Parlophone LP's produced between 1964 and late 1965 will have the Parlophone Co. Ltd. in the rim print and will have the "Sold in UK" message across the middle of the label. 
• You'll note both of this has 33 1/3 on the labels, and no Sold In UK message. These both seem like early issues-must have been pre 1963 based on the label and dead wax ?stamper info which I understand is from early issues-please look into it as I am not as familiar with UK variations. I hope this information helps.

As I finished taking pics and as I list this Please Please Me is being test played and it sounds just great! No wonder these tend to be the standard other pressings are measured against. I believe this is an original from 1963! I photographed the labels & what was etched into the dead wax so you can see the particulars on both. This is at minimum a nice VG, and I grade a bit tough because I know what I like and I value my reputation. It plays great and sound is nice and full, a few minor scratches and otherwise nice sheen and only whisps  - these heavy old school Lp's tended to hold up so much better than the newer stuff, and this thing sounds great! Kept in a MFSL type sleeve. Minimal background noise, old school Parlophone tube mastered. I played this Lp all through on my denon which is fitted with a nude diamond and again, it played great.   I don't come across old school UK lp's very often so I cannot speak as well to this as a US version, I had to do a little homework. Beatles experts out there, take a look! The cover is what I'd call  good to very good- generally presentable but a bit tatty looking around the edges,  the front picture on both has held up pretty darn good! Typical bends but again, if you farmed this it would show really nicely. Please refer to the photos. This simply put is a kick ass player and I hope you enjoy it. Nice full sound like a VG lp should!!

   I'm downsizing as I get older, So spin this and enjoy it!! :)  I am listing a lot of others too, I do combine shipping so take as many as you want. Figure 50 cents extra postage per Lp extra, that's it!

 All will be packed really well, tracked,  I test everything I sell and they sounded pretty darn good to me.
