The first album released under the pseudonym 'The Fireman' in 1993 - a collaboration between Paul McCartney and producer Youth, (best known as a member of Killing Joke and the Orb) - resulting in a techno tinged ambient trance sound, with samples from the 'Off The Ground' album, and clips from 'Reception' & 'The Broadcast' taken from 'Back To The Egg'.
Unlike the standard release in a red sleeve, this promotional set was issued in a white sleeve, and was stamped on the back with a limited edition number, this set is numbered **149**
The record labels also differ from those found on the standard release, in that the A side labels are white, with red printed details (FIRE 11 PCSD 1451A) and green printed details (FIRE 12 PCSD 1452A) respectively.
The official stamped matrixes of this one and only Vinyl pressing are: Side 1: PCSD 145-A-1-1/Side 2: PCSD 145 B-1-1/Side 3: PCSD 145-C-1-1/Side 4: PCSD 145-D-1-1.
The Albums are protected in their ORIGINAL plain white, inner bags and are housed in their ORIGINAL WHITE CARD PROMO SLEEVE, with the official Limited Edition Number printed to the reverse of the sleeve, this promotional set is numbered **149**.
Both Clear Vinyl Discs are in Mint unplayed condition - As NEW.
The sleeve is a VERY NICE example in Excellent Plus condition. ALL edges are UNDAMAGED, including the opening edge, NO splitting or tearing to any part, The Spine edge is in FINE condition and clearly reads FIRE 1 ‘the fireman strawberries oceans ships forest’.
