SUPER CLEAN EXAMPLE, NEAR MINT RECORD LABELS, EXCEPTIONAL NEAR MINT VINYL, NICE GATEFOLD SLEEVE
This superb example of Paul McCartney's Highly Acclaimed first solo album entitled McCartney' was released by Apple Records UK on 17th April 1970. This Original UK ISSUE Stereo Apple Album is on the Official dark green Apple Records Label, With 'Mfd in U.K…' and 'An EMI Recording' label text.
The album comes in a ‘Made in Gt Britain’ EMI Printed Advertising inner bag, the bag advertises this album, Let It Be, SGT Pepper, Abbey Road, and other EMI releases, and is protected in its ORIGINAL First Issue Fully Laminated gatefold sleeve.
Matrix and stamper information is as follows: Side 1 matrix: YEX 775 -3U/Side 2: YEX 776 -3U.
Side 1stampers: 2 AD Side 2, 1 GRP.
Both sides of the record labels are in Mint Minus condition, with only a couple of very faint spider trails.
Both sides of the heavyweight Vinyl disc are in near mint condition, showing only a couple of non sounding surface hairline scratches.
The EMI advertising inner bag is in Excellent Plus condition.
The Original First Issue fully laminated GATEFOLD Sleeve is a very nice example in Excellent Plus condition, a glossy front, gatefold, and reverse, and only a couple of laminate pinches.
The Spine edge is in GREAT SHAPE, clearly reading ‘McCartney'.
The album plays extremely well without any skips, a great sound quality, with just mild background crackle.
