This Please Please Me LP is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK **FIFTH** Pressing MONO Vinyl LP for The Beatles Debut UK Album.
This is one of many genuine Beatles Factory Samples/ Promotional LPs that will be for sale during the coming weeks. They all originally came from a Music Reviewers collection.
The LP is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
Official side 1 matrix is XEX 421-1N/Side XEX 422-1N.
Side 1 machine stampers are: 2 MG, and side 2stampers: 3 LD.
Unusually there are four Tax Code Letters embossed on the centre of the side 2 record label, the letters are, M K P T.
The album comes in its original Use Emitex Poly Lined Printed Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd London ‘mono’ picture sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse.
The album plays well without skips, clicks or pops, a clear MONO sound quality.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition, clean record labels, showing only a few light centre spindle lines to both sides, the official Factory Sample Not For Sale Sticker is on the side one record label.
Both sides of the vinyl disc are in superb Near Mint condition, the heavy quality vinyl disc is free from scratches and scuffs, and shows shows nothing more than a couple of light surface hairlines.
The Use Emitex inner bag is in Excellent condition, there is a small tear and a light stain to one side of the bag, no seam split or other damage.
The laminated Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd London picture sleeve is in beautiful Near Mint condition, CLEAN and BRIGHT, and a glossy front panel, with only the mildest signs of record storage, and just a couple of manufacturing laminate pinches, the spine edge is undamaged, and all print is clearly legible. The reverse panel of the sleeve is in superb clean condition, showing just very mild handling signs to the opening edge, and a small crease to the top flip back.
This is a superb copy of this 1963 Beatles Original LP, and a genuine authentic Factory Sample Reviewers copy.
