This is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK 5th pressing **STEREO** Vinyl LP for The Beatles Debut UK Album Release ‘Please Please Me’, first released in the UK on the 22nd March 1963.
The vinyl disc is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
The official side 1 matrix is YEX 94-1/and side 2 matrix is YEX 95-1.
Side 1 machine stampers are: 1 L, and side are: 1 M.
There is a visible embossed ‘MKT’ tax code to the side 2 label.
The album comes in it’s ORIGINAL Use Emitex poly lined Printed Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL ERNEST J. DAY LAMINATED LARGE ‘STEREO’ printed sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse, and large **stereo** to the front of the sleeve.
The LP plays with amazing clear sound quality from beginning to end with NO skips or clicks, the album produces a stunning sound quality.
Both record labels are in UNDAMAGED Near Mint condition, superb record labels, showing only a few very light centre spindle lines to both sides.
Both sides of the vinyl disc are in beautiful Near Mint condition, the heavyweight vinyl disc is free from scratches and scuffs, with only a couple of very light surface hairlines.
The Use Emitex inner bag is an excellent example, NO writing, tearing, or seam splits, just light creasing.
The ERNEST J. DAY picture sleeve is in Excellent Plus condition. The front panel is glossy with no fading to the rich colours with no record indentation and just a mild bruise to one corner. The spine edge is firm and all print clearly readable. The reverse panel of the sleeve is very clean,with just light handling marks to the gate edge, there is a small area of damage to the spine edge flip back.
This is a superb example of this early 5th pressing 1963 Beatles Original STEREO album, with a beautiful Vinyl Disc.
