RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM:

MINT: The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and ay extra items such as a lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and an occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and contents without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

We attempt to despatch all items within 3 working days, weekend & bank holidays excepted. At busy times however there may be a delay. If you require an item urgently please let us know, & we'll try to get it to you more quickly.
Items paid by cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Cheques may take up to 10 working days to clear.
Postage is charged at cost price according to weight, plus a small fee for packaging materials and handling.

Returns Policy

We have an unconditional returns policy if your item is not as described. The item must come back with all original packaging intact. Once we have received it we will refund your costs including postage. Return postage on returned items remains the buyers responsibility.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All our items are listed honestly and to the best of our knowledge. We are only human but will make every effort to resolve any problem that may arise. If any item received is not as described, please let us know.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, as regrettably any refund offer will be retracted after this period.
