The Beatles PLEASE PLEASE ME. Very rare STEREO record.

Parlophone PCS 3042. With No Sold In The UK… and ‘The Parlophone Co..” rimtext around the label. This is a genuine 1963 or early 1964 pressing when stereo records were very much in a small minority.

Side 1: YEX 94-1 Stampers 1 GR

Side 2; YEX 95-1 Stampers 1 M

The VINYL is in EXCELLENT condition, very clean and relatively unmarked. This record has been played but not excessively and well looked after. There are a few spindle markings but only visible under a light. The playback is lovely, clear stereo sound with hardly any background noise.

The COVER is a Garrod & Lofthouse stereo triple flipback cover with a small ‘stereo’ on the front. It is easily in VERY GOOD condition, showing some grubbiness and discolouration for its age and with some creases in the laminate. But with no writing or marks anywhere, and no rips or tears.

The EMITEX polythene lined inner is a lovely example in excellent condition.

Overall a VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT copy of a much rarer stereo PPM.
