Beatles Picture Disc: The Last Word: JOHN LENNON During the morning of December 8th, 1980 – the day of his death – John Lennon, relaxing in the New York offices of his record label, Geffen Records, gave one of his final interviews. He talked at length about his family, his meeting and life with Yoko, his past with The Beatles, his solo recordings and his hopes and dreams for the future of mankind. This is a recording of that interview.
Limited Edition. Extremely rare import, never available in Australia. Side one features a shot of John from the '60s. Side two is a beautiful shot of John and Yoko. The picture disc comes in a full cardboard sleeve, which has a few very small creases and light spotting. Otherwise this incredibly rare LP is in immaculate condition. Bakatbak Records BAK 2096. Near Mint condition. Never played.
