Description
The Beatles - Please Please Me 1963 (Jan 11th) U.K. Rare 1st Press 1G / 1G Stampers (45-R 4983).
A very rare Please Please Me by The Beatles, which erroneously omits the 'MADE IN GT. BRITAIN' at 3 o'clock position, something only present on earliest press runs. Later red label pressings do include ‘MADE IN GT. BRITAIN’ text.

The matrixes end 1N 1N on both sides with PT tax codes also present on both runouts. The stampers are earliest possible 1G/1G on both sides. There is an ‘MT’ tax code on Side 2 label which was used from January 1st, 1963 and later replaced with ‘KT’ tax code. The record is housed in it’s original multicoloured Parlophone sleeve.
Condition
Sleeve (VG): Some age related wear but still in good shape with no seam splits.
Vinyl (VG): There are no big scratches or imperfections, just the usual superficial surface marks from use.
Labels (VG-): Some minor wear near spindle hole and faint spindle trails. A name has been written on both sides which was often the case with early Beatles singles. Push-put centre still fully intact.
