Please note i am in no way a record specialist so i have tried to describe this LP in as much basic detail as possible but i am no expert on either The Beatles or Records ! I have looked at other listings and compared the details to the information on mine but i am sure any expert will know if this is a first issue etc and as i do not know loads about this item it is sold as seen. If you would like me to answer any other questions, then please ask and i shall try to answer ! I found this LP when clearing out my loft and its been in the family for years ( well played when i was a child many years ago hence the not fab condition ! ).
The photo's show the front cover is tatty with some of the laminate lifted and the cover has come apart at the top & bottom to various degrees.You can see cellotape has been applied to the rear at some point ( please see rear cover photo ).
The vinyl has handling marks on it and some scratches ( most noteably Side 1 with a long scratch down one side ) but after finding it yesterday i have played both sides and although at times there is some background noise due to the scratches , there are NO hops / skips / jumps or repeats. To be honest considering the visual condition of the LP it plays very well for the most part and the audio is good for the most part.
I have tried to be 100% honest with the condition of this LP and will be starting the auction at just £49.99 without a reserve.
On 02-Feb-11 at 21:00:01 GMT, seller added the following information:Just to confirm that the vinyl does have numerous scratches on it and handling marks as already stated. Also due to this on some of the quieter tracks there is very noticeable background noise and on others the audio is pretty good considering the condition.
