Details: The Beatles FIRST officical LP release
For the ONLY time, this mono version was issued 6 weeks BEFORE the sterio version.
This album contained the "A" and "B" sides of their first two singles, plus 10 new songs ALL recorded in one incredible session at Abbey Road.
Released Version: This is the First Pressing (1963)
The soon to be replaced gold lettering on black "Parlophone" label is by far the rarest. These first pressings had the six new McCartney/Lennon songs with a publishing credit of "Dick James Music Co.", and the cover was a laminated sleeve with a polythene lined inner sleeve with an advert for "Emitex" cleaning cloths upon them
This listing is complete with Emitex Inner Sleeve, this is in good condition.
Vinyl is in good condition (both sides have light surface marks)
The front and back cover are also in good condition (please see the photo attached)
This item is my father-in-laws and has been looked after, he has emigrated to Spain and no longer has space, this is a great item for any collector, a gift for a beatles fan or someone starting their collection, you will not be disappointed
